My favorite part of going to Lower Trestles isn?t the killer waves and awesome crowd. It isn?t the lovely trail walk and enjoying the nature that surrounds the area. It isn?t even the wonderful conversations I have with the fellas as we make the journey to the beach. In my opinion, the best part of walking down to Lowers is no doubt the wax graffiti. I remember my first time going there as a kid, reading all the slanderous waxisms warmed my heart, and made me smile. Seeing this tradition continue to this day is amazing.
